Who - |
Any 6th, 7th, or 8th grader who enjoys running or is interested in competing in an individual/team sport for Oak Hill Middle School.

What - |
Middle School Cross Country Program

When - |
September and October are the months when the cross country season occurs. Practices will be Monday-Friday. Meets will be once a week. A course walk will take place a 3:30 with the first race usually starting at 4:00 and the second race starting about 10 minutes after the last runner finishes in the first race. A schedule of practices and games will be provided at the start of the season. |
Where - |
Oak Hill Middle School on the cross country course for home meets and practices. Away games will be at the course of the hosting schools. |
Why - |
Join to be part of an extracurricular activity which will allow you to compete against yourself, along with other athletes and schools, team building skills, and building good sportsmanship. |
How - |
Go to the following link and fill out the following athletic forms. https://sites.google.com/a/rsu4.org/ohms/forms. Bring the completed forms into the office. You will also need a current physical within the past two years on file with the school nurse which can be faxed to the school. The fax number is 375-8871. You will only need to fill these out once a year even if they play more than one sport.
